It’s Time for A Quick Chicken Parmesan!
Easy Chicken Parmesan is on the menu tonight! If you are like me and need something quick and easy as these days lengthen and schedules get busier…here you go! Quick meals are often a favorite. This Parmesan Chicken recipe may be your new favorite.
This is the time of year for evening school events, nights on the ball field or track and a push to make dinner times later.
Perhaps it’s the longer days that cause us to be occupied with outdoor activities or yard work after the work day that pushes dinner time later on the clock.
Whatever reason, less time in the kitchen is often a win win for many. Finding recipes that are quick, easy and delicious then become more valuable to have in menu plans served to those with feet under your table.
With fewer ingredients, that’s even better…right?

I’ve never used the Italian dressing, but I have done the same thing with Italian seasoning. Our favorite with spaghetti sauce and pasta.
Will try your version!

It’s the Italian Dressing mix seasoning packet I used in the crockpot pork chops. For sure you will want to reduce that seasoning to have less salt. We love the flavor of the full packet…but both agreed we think reducing amount would help with reducing salt content. The leftovers we used to top pasta with marinara. Loved it both ways. This is the recipe Karen shared with us when you were home…

Thank you! We love this one…I would suggest beginning with half of a packet of that seasoning to make sure the salt is to your liking. You can always add more. Hope you enjoy!
