3/4 Cplain flour**Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free 1 to 1 baking mix
1tbaking powder
1/4tsalt
3/4Cmilk
Instructions
If using peaches, peel and slice 2 C peaches and mix in 1 C sugar. Feel free to use 2 C of any other fruit you would like for a cobbler.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Place 1 stick of butter into a 2 quart baking dish and place in the preheated oven until melted.
Mix together: 1 C sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk to make a batter.
Pour batter over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR!
Top with fruit added to top of batter and again--DO NOT STIR!
Bake for 1 hour.
This is delicious topped with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
Notes
When this cobbler is made, there is NEVER any left! It's simply divine! TIP: This is so easy to make Gluten Free by simply swapping out the flour with the Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 baking mix.To take this one over the top...always serve warm with a bit of whipped cream or ice cream! Divine!
