The best and easiest cobbler recipe ever! Perfect for peach, blackberry or your favorite fruit cobbler!

  • measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 C Fruit- sliced/peeled peaches or blackberries Choose your fruit
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 C sugar
  • 3/4 C plain flour **Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free 1 to 1 baking mix
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3/4 C milk

Instructions
 

  • If using peaches, peel and slice 2 C peaches and mix in 1 C sugar. Feel free to use 2 C of any other fruit you would like for a cobbler.
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  • Place 1 stick of butter into a 2 quart baking dish and place in the preheated oven until melted.
  • Mix together: 1 C sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk to make a batter.
  • Pour batter over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR!
  • Top with fruit added to top of batter and again--DO NOT STIR!
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • This is delicious topped with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.

Notes

When this cobbler is made, there is NEVER any left! It's simply divine! 
TIP: This is so easy to make Gluten Free by simply swapping out the flour with the Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 baking mix.
To take this one over the top...always serve warm with a bit of whipped cream or ice cream! Divine!
