16ozspritecan add 8 oz, sprite/ 8 oz seltzer water to reduce sweetness
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Add 2 T of butter into a microwave safe container and melt in microwave. Set aside.
Add 4 T butter to a cast iron skillet and melt in the oven.
Mix together sour cream and Bisquick.
Stir in sprite and/ or seltzer water a little at a time until a batter forms and no dry mix is still present. It can be more of a batter.
Remove the skillet from the oven and use an ice cream scoop to add batter into cast iron skillet, pushing scoops together until all biscuits are added.
Pour the melted 2 T of butter over the top of the scooped biscuits.
Place back into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden on top.
Serve immediately.
