Favorite meats- cooked bacon, Canadian bacon, summer sausage, deli chicken, roast beef, ham, Prosciutto and mozzarella rolls. Feel free to add more cured meats if you desire.
Favorite cheeses- blueberry goat cheese, cranberry white stilton cheese, gouda, white cheddar for starters
Other ingredients- mini muffins, dollar pancakes, small donuts, peppers, olives
Herbs- fresh herbs such as, sage, rosemary, oregano, thyme, or basil to give a "wreath" look.
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a circular fashion on a round platter.
Finish with adding fresh herbs to the edges of your "wreath".
TIP: Adding the dish to a lazy Susan helps with ease of creating and serving.
TIP: If you have fridge room, feel free to put together refrigerated items on the platter the day before, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. On Christmas morning, add in other items such as nuts and herbs to finish the nibble board.
