Ingredients
  

  • 18.25 oz Betty Crocker Butter Pecan Cake mix 1 13.25 box and 5 oz. of another cake mix
  • 1 container Betty Crocker Coconut Pecan frosting ready to serve
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 C vegetable oil
  • 1 C water
  • nonstick spray for bundt pan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Mix together all ingredients in a mixer for 2 minutes.

  • Pour batter into a greased bundt pan.

  • Bake in preheated 350° oven for 55 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before turning out onto a cake plate.

  • Serve with fresh whipped cream and a cup of coffee. Enjoy!

Notes

This is the BEST and EASIEST cake recipe that everyone will love.  It's a favorite dessert to take to any gathering.
NOTE: Cake mix sizes have reduced since this one was created. Original mix was 18.25 oz and is now 13.25 oz...to make this one turn out perfectly, I simply weigh 5 oz of another mix. This is simply easier than adjusting with plain flour, etc.
