1cancream of mushroom souplow fat for healthier version
18 oz.cream cheese, softenedlow fat for healthier version
1pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
Instructions
Add pork loin or chops to the bottom of your crock pot.
Soften cream cheese and mix together with cream of chicken soup.
Spread layer of the mixture over the pork.
Sprinkle packet of Italian dressing mix over the top of the mixture.
Cover and heat on low for 4-5 hours. Edges will be brown and bubbly and pork tender when ready.
Serve over prepared rice for comfort food and with your favorite vegetables or salad for lighter fare. Enjoy!
