Confections-Our Favorite Christmas Candy
During the first years of our marriage, one of my sister in laws gave us a beautiful jar of the most wonderful Christmas candy. The lid on the jar was counted cross stitched and spoke my heart gift love language. The recipe card that she included was titled, “confections”.
But, then when we bit into that Christmas candy? Oh, my! Of all of the candy recipes…this one ranked at the top! A blend of white chocolate, peanut butter, dry roasted peanuts and rice krispies gave it the perfect flavor.
Every year for decades this is the favorite Christmas candy that has to be made and gifted to neighbors and friends.
If your family is a fan of peanut butter and white chocolate? Give this one a try.
Can I tell you that it’s easy, quick and makes 100 pieces? Perfect to have in tins or jars when guests drop by, too.

That original recipe card is still filed for safe keeping.
It’s been shared countless times and made for my students both in my high school and college classes.
Only 5 ingredients in this Christmas Candy!
And it’s so easy, you won’t believe it.
Melting the chocolate and peanut butter for about 30 minutes in the oven takes the most time for creating this goodness!
