Baked Bacon
When serving a large group for a breakfast or brunch, baking bacon is the easiest method!

- 1 pkg bacon prefer Wright's bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cover baking sheet with sides with parchment paper.
Lay slices of bacon out in a single row.
Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or longer until the bacon is crispy and done.
TIP: TIME may vary depending on the thickness of the bacon and your oven. Be careful to monitor it to make sure it doesn't burn!
Remove from the oven and place bacon on paper towel covered tray to drain before serving.
TIP: Can make ahead, store in storage bags in the refrigerator and rewarm to save time on the day of serving.TIP: Also a great idea to have on hand in the refrigerate for salads, sandwiches and recipes. Feel free to save the bacon grease for other uses in a jar or separate container if you like.
The parchment paper provides easier clean up after cooking.

TIP: Save the bacon grease in a separate container to add flavor to vegetables and casseroles. Feel free to strain or not.
