Whisk together first 5 dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar and mix into dry mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, water, and eggs.
Add liquid ingredients and pumpkin to dry ingredients and stir with scraper until completely mixed.
Fill 2 greased loaf pans 1/2 full and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Let cool in pans on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before turning out to cool completely.
Slice and serve warm or warm slices as needed when serving. Enjoy!

A wonderful pumpkin bread to herald in the fall season! This recipe is great made ahead and added to freezer bags in the freezer. Simply thawout overnight or warm slightly in the microwave when serving.This is wonderful served with fresh whipped cream and a cup of coffee for a perfect brunch or afternoon gathering.Enjoy!
