DIY Christmas Pinecone Trees
The easiest and quickest way to make mini Christmas trees from pinecones. Perfect from fall through the winter months!
Equipment
- Glue gun
- serrated knife
Materials
- Brown craft paper to cover work area
- Pinecones to use for trees
- Clay flower pots to fit size of pinecones
- Styrofoam
- Glue sticks
- Moss, optional
- Ribbon, twine, tags to add to trees
Instructions
- Cut styrofoam to fit clay flower pot.
- Glue into bottom with glue gun.
- Add a touch of moss around outer edge of styrofoam, leaving styrofoam open to glue on pinecone to center.
- Add glue to edge of pot and center of styrofoam and add pinecone. Decorate with twine, tags, or ribbon, if desired.
