I love this recipe! I omitted the granulated sugar and it was perfect! This year I have a lot of cherry tomatoes…red and yellow…so I am making the jam with those! One batch done and it was delicious! I love to eat this on cottage cheese or on toast with goat cheese or this week on toast with sliced mozzarella cheese and eggs! Thanks for a great recipe!

I made this last year and just made another batch today! It is sooooo good! I used cherry yellow tomatoes and added in a small can of tomato paste along with the spices lid the smoked paprika, just a shake or two of cayenne pepper and honey instead of granulated sugar! I just had some on sour dough toast with goat cheese! So yummy!!
