The jumbo pans seemed to bake at more of an angle. With either cupcake or jumbo muffin pans, I think I just wouldn’t fill them as much so that when you put them together the sides are more equal. The angle made it difficult to look like tiny cakes when I put them together!

My favorite cake is the 4 layer coconut cake, so sweet and light. I have a summer birthday and have started requesting this cake to help me celebrate!
I saw a recipe with toasted coconut on the top layer of icing, the golden edges with the white are very pretty.
