It’s a huge favorite in our house. I’m sharing an easy and delicious recipe that will give you the best results. Is there Peach Jam in your pantry or fridge right now? If so, there may be a need for you to make this recipe. Three ingredients. Made in about an hour. What are you waiting for? Seriously, if you don’t consider yourself a canner? This may be the one to launch yourself into…perfect for adding to your pantry…or to make for Christmas gifts. You see? For some reason? Most people love receiving homemade gifts these days…and a homemade peach jam? You might be the hit of gift giving! Where do you begin? If you are a home canner, you should have a water bath canner, jars, rings and lids, and a jar lifter to complete this task. Next, make sure that you have wonderful home grown peaches that are ripe and full of flavor for this one. Check your pantry for the needed sugar, and you are ready to begin. Here’s the recipe…so simple and delicious. Watch that all of the jars “ping” which lets you know that the lids have sealed and are inverted. Don’t move them for 12-24 hours to ensure that they stay sealed…and that they are out of drafts. Don’t forget to label and date each jar and use them within a year after making them. If you are giving as gifts, adding cardstock or ribbon toppers make them even more perfect. Will peach jam make your Christmas gift giving? Well, jams of ALL types will be given this year.
