Perfect for cooling down summer heat for any celebration or gathering, this is so fun and will never look the same each time when you create it. This one will be a true showstopper that will catch everyone off guard when they see it. Watermelon cake is not a traditional cake… It’s simply stacks of watermelon with rind removed and in sizes that give you the illusion that it’s a layered cake. Use any type of lettuces as a base and then add seasonal edible flowers, herbs, and fruits to decorate til your heart is happy.
