The recipe today makes the BEST breakfast sandwiches that we love. This recipe was a hit for Christmas morning brunch. But, truly? New Year’s, weekends or even a treat on weekdays makes this our new favorite. Planning the menu for guests, brought me to something a bit simple. Most people LOVE a great croissant..or a breakfast casserole with a bit of cheese and ham, right? Enter these breakfast sandwiches… The ease of this recipe means its a quick and easy recipe made the night before with a short baking time the next morning. Our guests were OVER THE MOON with this one! So…here’s how easy these are to make… With guests still coming in and out here for the holidays, they may be added to the menu for New Year’s Day here! Mine were added to a buffet with bacon, french muffins, fruit, and potato casserole. But, really, they are a great just with some fresh fruit on the side and a great cup of coffee.
