Hi, Emily. What an amazing favor! I think 1/2 pints would be great and I would still be on the safety side and water bath them for 40 minutes. I think that’s a recommended amount of time for pints, but I process my half pints for 40 minutes, too. Happy Wedding!!

I’ve never tried those packets, but might need to especially if it has a smokey flavor! Your pantry is so beautiful with those canned goods!
