Hope you love this version…and if you have a chance to visit Martha’s Vineyard, it’s well worth the visit. Next time just a few days with a car will probably be enough to breathe in all the island and indulge in Black Dog Tavern and Bakery Cafe favorites.

Looking forward to making this salad. It sounds light & fresh, but filling. I haven’t used edamame beans before & as you mentioned, I’ll add the peanut butter. Martha Vineyards sounds like a place we all should visit. Thank you again!
