I totally get that guilt feeling, Maria! All of the things I “should” be doing…but, that pause taught me soooo much and gave me a fresh perspective on so many things! I encourage you when you feel the need to step back…and pause…that you pause. You will be glad you did, sweet friend!

I find that when I feel the need or even the want to pause, I feel guilt creeping in. I need to let that go!!!!!!!!!
