They are as good to eat as they look. Just trying to figure out which menu to add them to for the holidays…I think Thanksgiving, but brunch on Christmas morning may need to have these, too.

UPDATE:
Made and eaten in one sitting. It was my dinner & dessert. My neighbor made a run to the grocery store after eating hers.
I don’t like Feta cheese so I used champagne cheese and the parmesan – totally delicious!!!

I have made something very similar to this when I took care of my Mom but no cheese or nuts. Never thought of adding cheese to it. This is going to take it to another level.
