I know! It truly was a wonderful adventure for us! We live about 30 minutes from Shawnee National Forest in southern Illinois and saw only 4 hikers total while we were there. A perfect isolated location for a wonderful, intimate and social distanced day! Hope you will try it, friend!

We had such a glorious time! In spite of the 35 degree temperatures. Yikes! We saw 4 people total on a walking trail way away from us. It was secluded, cozy and divine!!
