Campfire S’mores Pizza
I don’t know about you…but when October arrives? It’s all about s’mores and a campfire. My son is an incredible cook and when he shared this recipe that he prepared on his Green Egg? Even though I don’t have a Green Egg among my tools…my curiosity got the better of me. Our simple Weber grill is where this one began…
This recipe is soooo easy you will wonder why you haven’t made one already.
Have you ever created a campfire pizza? or a s’mores pizza?

We used the grill for ours…but, I’m not sure why you couldn’t add yours to the oven if you aren’t grill ready.
You can create your own pizza crust or simply begin with a frozen or ready to bake pizza crust. And, if you have gluten-free folks with feet under your dinner table? Begin with a gluten-free crust.

A little melted butter, chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs are all that’s needed for the topping.
A perfect dessert for camping…outdoor entertaining…tailgating…and campfire gatherings.
Here’s the details…

Notes
An easy and delicious dessert that takes s’mores to the next level! Hope you enjoy this one, friends! Thanking my son for this inspiration!
Shared among the pages of the VUE magazine, I realized those who save the recipes from here were missing out. If you’d love to make homemade marshmallows, you can find the recipe for that here.
Here’s my favorite Lodge cast iron pizza pan that I use on the grill, in the oven or on the stove.
With draught here, this recipe might be a new version for s’mores until rainfall helps us enjoy our fire pits and campfires again.
Happy S’mores!
