I know that some things we create don’t produce a lot. But, when my garden was overflowing with those peppers…I was looking for creative ways to enjoy them. I hope you enjoy this recipe so much it will still be worth it. Still a favorite here. Happy canning!

This recipe is awesome!! But 1 only got 2 half-pint jars out of the recipe (seedded and sliced). I had around 60 small jalapenos from my late-season garden, which weighed nearly 2 pounds. I wasted both ends, and got 5-7 quarter-inch slices out of each pepper.
So it was almost more trouble than it was worth… Almost!!

Just wondering what it would taste like without the celery seed. Trying to think what to substitute. I would want Gabriel to get to enjoy them. He is the one who eats all the hot spicy pickles!
